Fitness Club at JBD
What is the Fitness Club??
The fitness club is to promote and encourage physical fitness. The focus is on participation and the importance of an active lifestyle.
How Do Students Participate?
Students who participate in PE (1st through 5th grade) will be able to walk/run mileage on a 1/5 mile track during the 15-minute "recess" portion of their 45 minute PE class.
